Alltimate Roofing — a 25-year-old, multi-certified, top-tier roofing company — is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager who thrives on performance and is ready to build and lead a winning team.
This is a hands-on leadership role: you’ll start by selling and training directly, using our proven sales system, then build a high-performing team under you. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue, coaching reps, and tracking performance to reach aggressive growth goals.
What You’ll Do:
Close sales and lead by example
Train, coach, and mentor reps using our proven system
Enforce consistent follow-up practices and high-close standards
Track performance metrics (NSLI, close rate, customer experience)
Collaborate with leadership to grow your team and expand our footprint
What You Bring:
3+ years of sales management or team development
Proven success in value-based selling (not discount-driven)
Roofing/construction experience preferred
CRM (Acculynx) and Excel proficiency
Consistent, strategic, and growth-minded
Compensation:
$300K+ annual earning potential for top performers
2.5%–3% commission on total monthly sales, based on company revenue pace
Bonus increases by 0.25% per additional million paced (up to 3% at $7M/year)
$3,000/month guaranteed draw for the first 90 days (not a cap — commissions still apply)
