Location: Lichfield
Salary: £30,000 Basic + £3,600 Car Allowance + 3% of Sales Exchanges (Uncapped OTE £45,000+)

Are you a driven estate agent with a knack for sales and leadership? We're in search of an Estate Agent Sales Manager based in Lichfield to spearhead our branch, generate valuations, and achieve sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate valuations and instructions.
- Efficiently manage your time and resources to maximize team potential.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong relationships.
- Achieve set targets and objectives.
- Assist the Branch Manager in staff development.
- Handle daily inquiries, both face-to-face and via telephone.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Drive lead generation through various third-party suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records in our software system.
- Perform other duties as requested by senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous estate agency experience.

- Desire for results with previous people management experience (desirable).
Communication:
You will engage with employees, Managers, Directors within the Sales team, customers, solicitors, and external suppliers as required.
