Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to expand our global reach, drive revenue growth, and build long-term relationships with international clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing sales, exceptional cross-cultural communication skills, and a proven track record of closing deals in international markets.

 

Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute international sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in key international markets.

• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, agents, and key accounts across regions.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies and product positioning.

• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., production, logistics, finance) to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

• Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.

• Negotiate contracts and pricing with international clients and partners.

• Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior leadership.

• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, documentation, and export controls.

• Monitor and adapt to regional economic, legal, and cultural factors affecting sales performance.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

• 5+ years of sales experience in the manufacturing industry.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing cross-border sales operations.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong understanding of international markets, export regulations, and logistics.

• Willingness to travel internationally up to [X]% of the time.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
