Mission of the Role: The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving CAC’s business development and sales activities across Indonesia.This role requires an experienced professional who is proactive and self-driven, capable of handling tasks remotely, driving sales, identifying growth opportunities, and achieving sales targets in each country market.Key Accountabilities:Customer and Market Expansion, responsible for developing new customers in these key countries, achieving targets for new customer acquisition and revenue contribution through the formulation and execution of customer development plans.Product and Innovation management, drive the launch and promotion of products, assist the marketing team in submitting new product concepts, and organize field trials to support product implementation.Enhance customer satisfaction, plan and execute overseas visits and exhibitions, and promote bundled sales strategies to expand market share.Lead localization initiatives in these key markets and drive the development and implementation of independent import capabilities.Update and execute strategic plans for key countries to ensure alignment of regional business goals with overall company strategy.Technical Knowledge and Skills:University degree in Agronomy, International Trade, Business, or related fields.Fluent in English.At least 5 years sales experience or related in the agrochemical industry locally is requiredStrong understanding of local market dynamics, customer needs, and regulatory requirements in the region.Soft Skills:Highly self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervisionStrong sense of responsibility, accountability, and results orientationAbility to work effectively with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.Strong problem-solving, organizational, and planning abilities.
