The Sales Manager will focus on identifying and acquiring new clients, building strong relationships with multi-location brands, and assisting in developing sales strategies to drive client success. This role also involves conducting market research, managing key accounts, and ensuring smooth onboarding of new clients. QuailificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or related rolesProven experience in building and managing client relationships, with a strong focus on revenue growthStrong network and connections within BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) institutions is highly preferredAbility to conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify business opportunitiesExcellent presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skillsStrong communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement abilitiesSelf-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (ongoing or completed)Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a strong advantageProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM toolsUnderstanding of hyperlocal marketing and multi-location business models is a plus
