We seek someone who can lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding performance and meet individual and team targets. Your management style would be based on being a coach and mentor. You would describe yourself as friendly, enthusiastic, and analytical. Able to monitor sales metrics and data to provide actionable insights and optimize marketing/sales strategies. You would be collaborative and able to work with cross-functional teams to align strategies and drive business growth. You would also have experience in sales management, preferably construction or in-home sales.

This is a full-time position with the potential to earn between $95,000 and $120,000 annually. The position offers a base salary, a quarterly bonus for producing results, and the benefits listed below.

Requirements

• Minuium of 2 years "In-Home Sales Experience" (Not business to business)
• Experience in sales leadership, preferably in roofing or an in-home sales organization.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team to achieving goals
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Strong sales training background and experience.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
