Starting Base Salary: $90-130K

Summary
Have demonstrated independence in developing sales strategies, generating sales leads, identifying new markets, and pricing projects.
It is essential to be able to "talk shop" and discuss technical details with clients and the in-house team.

Responsibilities
- Outstanding presentation skills and product knowledge
- Sales motivation, achievement of sales goals, closing skills, and business development
- Building Relationships- Maintain excellent customer service, client relationships, and negotiation skills.

- Hiring and firing employees, determining and delivering training needs, and coaching sales representatives.

- Make sound decisions as well, as the person in charge of developing sales plans, cost estimation, and data analysis.

- Provides service to existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to contact existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.

Requirements
- BA/BS University degree preferred, preferably with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration.

- Abilities to close sales and show others how to close better
- 5-10 years of sales experience in a relevant industry
- Prospecting skills and tracking metrics
- Self-confidence in everything you do
