Key Responsibilities-
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets

Drive sales of financial products such as Home Loans, LAP, Business Loans, Personal Loans, and Affordable Housing Finance

Identify new business opportunities through DSA, channel partners, builders, and direct sourcing

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and external partners

Monitor team performance and conduct regular reviews and training

Ensure proper documentation, login quality, and timely disbursement of cases

Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

Track market trends and competitor activities

Prepare sales reports and MIS for senior management
