Job Description

The Sales Manager at Godrej Capital is responsible for driving sales growth by managing a team, acquiring new customers, and expanding the company's loan and financial product portfolio. The role focuses on achieving business targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets

  • Drive sales of financial products such as Home Loans, LAP, Business Loans, Personal Loans, and Affordable Housing Finance

  • Identify new business opportunities through DSA, channel partners, builders, and direct sourcing

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and external partners

  • Monitor team performance and conduct regular reviews and training

  • Ensure proper documentation, login quality, and timely disbursement of cases
