Your Role
As the head of sales, you will lead the strategy, performance, and operational excellence of the sales organization. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, driving team performance through coaching and mentorship, and ensuring that all regulatory, licensing, and operational processes are followed with precision. You will oversee key performance indicators across multiple timeframes, manage all SalesForce functions to maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy, and optimize the full lifecycle of enrollment, renewal, and cancellation processes. Your leadership ensures a compliant, high‑performing sales environment that supports consistent growth and exceptional customer experience
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Lead sales teams through training, coaching, motivation, and mentorship
- Performance reviews
- Track validity and expiration of all agent licensure credentials
- Oversee weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals, performance reporting, and metrics of success
- Fully manage SalesForce methods, campaigns, dashboards, reporting, workflows, data integrity
- Manage enrollment, renewals, and cancellation processes
- Ensure compliance with regulations
What you'll Bring
- Proven experience developing and executing effective sales strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience coaching, mentoring, and motivating sales teams.
- Strong performance management skills, including conducting evaluations and managing KPIs.
- Advanced proficiency in SalesForce, including workflows, dashboards, campaign management, and reporting.
- Strong operational mindset with experience managing enrollment and retention processes.
- Ability to track, validate, and maintain licensing credentials for sales personnel.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance within sales environments.
