Develop and implement an annual marketing plan, which promotes Franchise services and develops a diverse customer base. Train and develop a professional marketing team capable of achieving annual sales revenues goals.ResponsibilitiesDevelop marketing initiatives and budget, create annual marketing plan, and provide marketing materialsComplete annual marketing needs assessment; including planning CE classes, planning lunch-and-learns, scheduling the budget, and developing action plans for centers of influence (COIs)Identify and establish revenue, collection, and activity goalsCompare past and projected revenues to marketing goalsIncrease sales revenue and achieve sales goalsRecruit, hire, and train sales and marketing staffMonitor and coach sales/marketing activitiesEvaluate sales and marketing staff performanceManage and improve customer satisfaction, including the resolution of any customer complaints.Qualifications5+ years sales, marketing, or customer service experience, with demonstrated history of sales ability and growthEffective oral and written communicationExperience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skillsSolid organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)Ability to meet people in new or difficult situations and build rapportCapability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment while being self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to multi-taskBachelor's degree in marketing or business or equivalent experienceExperience with professional sales or marketing associations, a plusAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawAll employees of a SERVPRO Franchise are hired by, employed by, and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated SERVPRO Franchise.
