Promofect is a fast growing branded merchandise company based in Mahwah, NJ. We help companies, schools, first responders, and organizations of all sizes bring their brands to life through custom apparel, promotional products, and online merch stores. We run in house production and have a strong internal support team, which allows our client facing roles to focus on relationships, follow up, and account growth rather than chasing internal details. About the Role We are looking for someone to own and grow customer relationships. This role is focused on following up with existing customers, re engaging past accounts, managing inbound calls, and helping clients expand their programs over time. This is not a cold calling only sales job. Revenue is driven through great service, consistency, proactive communication, and strategic account growth. You will be based in our Mahwah office and will play a key role in bringing stability, ownership, and momentum to our client experience. What You Will Do Own a book of existing and past customers and actively follow up to drive repeat business Answer inbound calls and manage customer inquiries professionally and confidently Manage accounts end to end from first conversation through quoting, store launches, orders, and follow up Help launch and manage online merch stores and customer programs Proactively suggest ideas to help accounts grow their spend and engagement Collaborate closely with production, marketing, and support teams Keep clear notes, tasks, and follow ups in HubSpot CRM Take ownership of improving customer programs and internal processes over time What We Are Looking For Experience in account management, client services, sales support, or relationship based sales Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and email Organized, reliable, and strong with follow up Commercial mindset with an interest in driving revenue through relationships Able to work on site in Mahwah, NJ Looking for a long term role with room to grow and take ownership Experience in promotional products, branded apparel, print, merchandising, or related industries is a plus but not required Why Join Promofect In house production and strong back end support Clear systems and tools including HubSpot Real ownership and responsibility from day one Opportunity to grow into senior account or program leadership roles Stable, collaborative office environment with room to make an impact How to Apply Apply here on LinkedIn or send your resume directly if referred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
