Sales Manager Apply
We’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead and grow a residential exterior sales team focused on roofing, siding, and window projects. This role combines hands-on sales leadership, coaching, and performance management, with override compensation tied directly to team success.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, train, and manage a team of residential exterior sales representatives
- Drive sales performance through coaching, ride-alongs, and pipeline reviews
- Set sales goals, track KPIs, and improve close rates and revenue
- Support in-home consultations and assist with high-value or complex deals
- Oversee lead distribution, follow-up processes, and sales accountability
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure smooth project handoff
- Earn override compensation based on total team sales volume
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential roofing or exterior construction sales
- Prior sales leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong ability to coach, motivate, and hold sales teams accountable
- Solid understanding of estimating, contracts, and in-home sales processes
- Results-driven mindset with strong communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Benefits
- Base salary: $90,000 – $130,000
- Override: ~1% on total sales volume
- Based on ~$5M in annual revenue, bonus potential ≈ $50,000
