ABOUT THE COMPANY:

This is an outstanding opportunity for a qualified Sales Manager professional in the Ontario region. The Sales Manager will be responsible for building relationships with clients and managing a Sales Representative on the team. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:​​

• Build and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure business growth of the company 
• Accurately track and report on sales performance 
• Assist in the management of allocating resources and managing the sales budget 
• Manage, support and motivate the sales representative, providing a fostering environment to help achieve sales goals 
• Gather feedback from the sales team and customers to ensure team and customer satisfaction 
• Other duties as needed 

• 4-6 years of experience in small business sales/sales management 
• Prior experience working in wholesale industry highly preferred 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong relationship-building acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
