Hanwha Cimarron designs, manufactures, and tests composite pressure vessels for a variety of aerospace and industrial uses – including rockets, submersibles, and much more. We specialize in all types of composite pressure vessels for the advanced/alternative fuel industries, including hydrogen tube trailers, ultra-high-pressure tanks for hydrogen filling stations, tanks for hydrogen powered vehicles, and CNG/LNG/RNG fuel storage systems.

Sales Manager
YOUR ROLE
- The Sales Manager is responsible for selling and growing business within the respective sales region.
- Developing & executing strategic sales objectives while also identifying new business opportunities with Hanwha Cimarron’s key accounts in the Aerospace and Defense industries.
- Coordinate commercial activities in partnership with the Sales Director.
- Motivate and channel all internal resources needed for success (including key account top management sponsors).
- Be the customer expert, influence strategies and business plans as well as innovation and marketing strategy by contributing customer insights.
- Develop key account strategy and 5-year plan document in concert with the Sales Director, aligning with corporate goals.
YOUR SKILLS
- BA/BS Degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering, business or related discipline preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an aerospace, energy, or energy industry equipment sales business development or account management role, with a focus on value and solution selling is required.
- Excellent sales, presentation/communication skills, plus knowledge and experience of Value-Added Selling.
- Able to travel an average of 25%, depending on the location of the candidate.
You will be most successful if you also have the ability to:
- Develop high level relationships within our customer's organization that influence key decision makers.
- Understand our customer organization’s structure and develop the best strategy to serve them.
- Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of customers.
