The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales revenue and implementing effective sales strategies alongside the Director of Sales. Primarily focusing on generating revenue from room bookings, event hosting, food and beverage, if applicable, and other services. This role involves managing client relationships, meeting and exceeding revenue goals, and coordinating service and activities related to the sales function to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with the Sales Director to ensure the hotel achieves its business objectives. The Sales Manager assists the Director of Sales in meeting or exceeding planned revenue objectives for RevPAR, occupancy, and average daily rate (ADR). We seek highly motivated team members.
