Ideal Candidate Ability to learn, understand, accept, and put into practice the methodology of sales proven systems A servant leadership mindset 5+ years of experience as a manager or related supervisory position A combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field Growth Minded and seeking to be the best version of yourself (Craftsmanship) Responsibilities This position has the overall responsibility to coach, train, and direct the sales staff Open and close the store ensuring every detail has been accomplished Keep the sales floor maintained with well trained Sales Associates who uphold our standards Handles sales conflicts in a timely manner with the goal to resolve Handles all disciplinary actions as set by the company guidelines Observes sales staff to better coach a successful staff Pre-hiring surveys, interviewing, and hiring to meet staffing requirements Direct the staff in setup of new sales events Take part in the training of new sales associates Participates in management meetings Requires punctuality and regular attendance All other duties as assigned Position Requirements for the Sales Manager Must be able to complete required reports on time as assigned Requires good organizational skills Position requires regular weekend availability Requires the ability to motivate, communicate and train employees Benefits $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 Salary/year plus bonuses Relocation package offered Paid time off- flexible personal time off, mental health days, sick days, as well as paid company holidays Access to Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
