Your responsibility is to build and lead an elite Home Buying Specialist (HBS) team across Rhode Island and Southern Massachusetts—then replicate that success as we expand into Connecticut. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will recruit and hire top-tier talent, build a structured onboarding process, and develop a training system that produces confident, professional, high-converting salespeople. You will coach daily, not occasionally—working directly with reps on real situations, real objections, and real deals. You will be in the field. You will do ride-alongs. You will go on appointments. You will step in and close deals when needed. You are not above the work—you set the standard for it.RESPONSIBILITIESBuild and lead an elite Home Buying Specialist (HBS) team.Recruit and hire top-tier talent.Build a structured onboarding process.Develop a training system that produces confident, professional, high-converting salespeople.Coach daily, working directly with reps on real situations, objections, and deals.Be in the field, conduct ride-alongs, and go on appointments.Step in and close deals when needed. QUALIFICATIONSMinimum 3-5 years experience in high-level sales and leadership.REQUIRED SKILLSAbility to close deals and navigate real conversations.Strong coaching skills to identify weaknesses and develop strengths.Comfortable giving direct feedback and creating accountability.Deep care for performance and tracking numbers.Understanding of pipeline management.Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a strong plus. PREFERRED SKILLSExperience in building and coaching sales teams.Ability to create clear systems for onboarding, training, and accountability. PAY RANGE AND COMPENSATION PACKAGEThis role includes a strong base salary, aggressive performance incentives tied directly to team production, and significant upside as you help us scale into new markets.Base Salary: $150kBonus: $100k- $150kTotal Compensation - $250k- $300kEQUAL OPPORTUNITY STATEMENTWe are building something special—but we are not for everyone.
