Pay Range: $100,000/year base + Performance Overrides ($0.015/watt installed) Industry: Residential Solar Installations Location: Stony Point, NY (On-site, Full Time) Job Overview OnSite Energy, Inc. is seeking a strategic and energetic Sales Manager to oversee and optimize our growing residential solar sales organization. This is a hands‑on leadership role for a proven builder—someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, holds teams accountable, and drives results through training, coaching, and process optimization. You’ll be responsible for recruiting and scaling the sales team, managing CRM workflows and sales reporting, and ensuring seamless coordination with marketing, operations, and executive leadership. The right candidate brings both tactical expertise and a big‑picture mindset to help us reach 100 internal sales per month by June. Key Responsibilities Lead the sales department to achieve monthly and quarterly volume targets. Recruit, train, and manage internal sales reps and lead generation staff. Audit contracts, assign appointments, and oversee daily sales scheduling. Conduct structured team meetings: Daily: 15‑minute roundups Weekly: 30‑minute strategy sessions Monthly: 1‑hour performance and recognition reviews Track sales performance using CRM dashboards and manage commission reporting. Analyze KPIs across teams and channels; collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and ROI. Develop and update sales SOPs, scripts, commission plans, and performance incentives. Create growth plans for high‑potential sales reps; manage underperformance constructively. Act as liaison between sales, ops, exec, and marketing to maintain cross‑functional alignment. Uphold a positive, professional, and competitive team culture.
