Responsibilities:
- Lead a mid-to-large team of sales representatives to achieve profitable sales growth.
- Recruit, develop, and coach sales representatives to meet and exceed weekly performance quotas.
- Collaborate with General Manager and Corporate teams to develop local and regional new account acquisition opportunities.
- Build strong internal and external relationships to support overall sales success.
- Support prospecting, appointment setting, and presenting product/service solutions to meet sales quotas.
- Communicate sales updates, challenges, and market conditions to executive leadership and provide actionable insights.
Skills/Qualifications:
- 2+ to 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on business-to-business outside sales.
- At least three years of experience managing sales professionals through account management strategies.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Proven track record of accomplishments in sales management, with experience in formal activity guidelines and technology-based systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce or ACT.
- Strong presentation, communication, and consultative selling skills.
- Willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
- Valid driver's license required.
