Responsibilities:

  • Lead a mid-to-large team of sales representatives to achieve profitable sales growth.
  • Recruit, develop, and coach sales representatives to meet and exceed weekly performance quotas.
  • Collaborate with General Manager and Corporate teams to develop local and regional new account acquisition opportunities.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships to support overall sales success.
  • Support prospecting, appointment setting, and presenting product/service solutions to meet sales quotas.
  • Communicate sales updates, challenges, and market conditions to executive leadership and provide actionable insights.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • 2+ to 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on business-to-business outside sales.
  • At least three years of experience managing sales professionals through account management strategies.
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Proven track record of accomplishments in sales management, with experience in formal activity guidelines and technology-based systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce or ACT.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and consultative selling skills.
  • Willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
  • Valid driver's license required.
