Legacy Kia of West Mifflin

Legacy Kia of West Mifflin is seeking an experienced and driven Automotive Sales Manager to join our leadership team at our brand-new facility. The ideal candidate will have prior automotive sales management experience with proven success in a dealership or dealer group environment. We’re looking for a high-energy, tech-savvy, process-oriented leader who is customer-focused and passionate about developing people.

Prior experience managing used car sales and/or the finance office is a strong plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead, motivate, and provide daily focus for the Sales team

  • Work directly with team members and customers to build strong relationships and enhance the sales process

  • Maintain CSI scores at or above company standards

  • Build rapport with customers to establish a strong referral and repeat business network

  • Support the sales staff and assist in closing deals

  • Manage and drive productivity within the sales department

  • Maintain strong working relationships with the manufacturer and lending institutions

  • Facilitate and support ongoing sales training for continuous team development


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 2+ years of automotive dealership management experience required

  • Strong interest in training, coaching, and developing sales professionals within a collaborative team culture

  • CDK and VinSolutions experience required

  • High energy and enthusiasm throughout the sales workday

  • Tech-savvy with solid experience handling internet and phone leads

  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
