Sales LeaderA pivotal leader responsible for driving sales growth and fostering a high-performing sales team. The role involves executing personnel and store sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets, while consistently upholding the company's ethos of prioritizing people, optimizing processes, delivering exceptional products, and reinforcing the brand's core values. This position plays a crucial role in elevating the store's sales performance and contributing to the overall company success and is held to the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and professionalism.Training Pay: $22 per hour for 2-6 weeks (no commissions) Average Annual Earning Potential After Training: $45,000 - $85,000 (inclusive of base, commission and bonus) Total Compensation Range: $37,440 - $90,000+ (will not pay less than state/local minimum wage requirements)Weekly Hours: 40Benefit offerings to employee and their families include: Medical, Vision, Dental and Basic Life Insurance available 401k retirement plan with company match of up to 6%. Paid time off includes: 9-11 paid holidays each year, two weeks' prorated vacation as a new hire and either personal time (non-exempt only) or state mandated sick timeAt La-Z-Boy Incorporated, we're an equal opportunity employer.
