As a third‑generation, family‑owned global leader in reproductive technology, we combine half a century of stability with a culture of innovation. We are seeking a hands‑on Sales & Marketing Manager who will own revenue growth, lead market expansion, and build a high‑performing commercial engine in the U.S. This is not a support role— this is a frontline leadership position where you will own the revenue engine, lead market expansion, and build a high‑performing commercial team. Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new commercial talent in coordination with HR. Your Profile Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in agriculture, livestock, biotech, or technical product sales (strongly preferred). Demonstrated ability to own outcomes and drive accountability. Strong commercial instincts: pricing, negotiation, and deal strategy. Experience leading or mentoring a team. Ability to operate in both strategic and hands‑on execution roles. Travel: ~30–40% (domestic + occasional international). On‑site role with cross‑functional exposure to operations and production. Passport required. Why us? Work with a global leader in a highly specialized, high‑impact industry. Direct influence on U.S. market growth and strategy. Exposure to cutting‑edge reproductive and life science technologies. Collaborative, international environment with real career growth potential. Join us and shape the future of animal reproduction technology with a company that truly cares about its employees and the world we live in. Become part of our success story—apply today! With flexible working models, excellent work‑life balance, and a wide range of employee benefits—including health management programs, professional development, and family‑friendly policies—we make sure you have everything you need to succeed both at work and at home. #J-18808-Ljbffr
