Overview SALES / MARKETING PROFESSIONAL: Looking for a smart, quick learner willing to take on responsibilities in a fast-paced job environment. Kambrian is a high growth IT value-added reseller (VAR) to business and government customers providing hardware, software, and services. We are looking for a full-time employee in Sales / Marketing who is responsive, enthusiastic, and flexible to help grow our business. This is a full-time position providing excellent learning and professional growth opportunities about sales, customer service, and IT industry. Responsibilities Sales and Marketing: Engage with customers and vendors to grow business Metric: revenues, profits, and # of new customers Marketing: Execute marketing campaigns to identify and then follow up with leads CRM (Customer Relationship Management): track leads and opportunities in CRM tools throughout sales cycles to grow relationship and convert deals Customer: Respond timely to RFQ/RFP (Requests for Quotes/Proposals) in sending quality quotes to customers by due date Vendors: build relationship with IT manufacturers and distributors to obtain best quotes; take training courses to learn about vendors’ IT technologies Sales: Identify sales targets and capture new accounts Process improvement: be flexible to make improvements to processes; present ideas and make implementation as appropriate Qualifications / Skills Has college degree required with at least 1-3 years of work experience preferred Must be flexible to take on new tasks for a fast-changing environment of a small company Have interests in learning new IT technologies and solutions preferred Must be organized with meticulous attention to detail; good with numbers and can use Microsoft Excel spreadsheet and software Must have excellent communications and customer skills to build trust and relationship with customers, field technicians, and other stakeholders Must be flexible on shifts to work East Coast hours preferred to service East Coast customer requires (6AM-3PM PST) or West Coast hours (9-5pm PST) onsite only Benefits Salaries commensurate with work experience.
