Sales Operations Executive Apply
Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales Operations Executive to support the sales team with day-to-day operational, reporting, and coordination tasks. This is a junior-level role ideal for someone starting their career in sales operations, business operations, or commercial analytics. You will work closely with sales, category, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution and accurate tracking of sales performance.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update sales trackers, dashboards, and MIS reportsSupport the sales team with data preparation, account reports, and performance summariesTrack orders, invoices, collections, and sales targets vs achievementCoordinate with internal teams for order processing and issue resolutionEnsure CRM and sales systems are updated with accurate and timely dataAssist in preparing weekly and monthly business reviewsHelp standardize sales processes and documentationSupport incentive calculations and target trackingIdentify data gaps and highlight discrepancies proactivelyRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or related field1–2 years of experience working with ecommerce marketplaces in Malaysia (mandatory)Hands-on experience with platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, or other regional marketplacesStrong understanding of marketplace metrics: GMV, ASP, sell-through, returns, commissions,penalties, and claimsAdvanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas required)High attention to detail and strong analytical mindsetStrong coordination and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
