Prior GM-level or operational leadership experience is a strong plus.What You'll DoOwn and manage the sales tech stack: ATTIO CRM, Clay, Circleback, and Ergo automationDesign, build, and maintain sales automations and workflows in Make.comStructure and optimize the CRM to support pipeline visibility, forecasting, and rep productivityUse Clay for enrichment and prospecting workflows that actually convertManage call recording and meeting intelligence via Circleback to surface insights and keep the team accountableBuild reporting and dashboards that the Head of Sales can act on immediatelyIdentify bottlenecks in the sales process and fix them — proactively, not when askedCoordinate cross-functionally (marketing, CS, product) to ensure revenue alignmentServe as an operational thought partner to the Head of Sales on strategy, hiring, comp, and territory planningWhat We're Looking ForCritical thinker first, sales person second. You understand sales deeply, but your superpower is problem-solving and systems thinkingHands-on experience with — you've built real automations, not just watched tutorialsStrong working knowledge of ATTIO, Clay, Circleback, and Ergo (or similar tools in each category)Background in sales operations, revenue operations, or a GM / Chief of Staff role where you owned operational outcomesComfortable working with a direct, no-BS leader — you don't need hand-holding and you speak up when something's offExperience building and maintaining CRM systems and sales processes from scratch or near-scratchStrong data instincts — you know what to measure, how to measure it, and what to do with the numbersNice to HavePrevious experience as a General Manager or Chief of Staff in a startup or scaling companyFamiliarity with outbound sales motions and SDR/AE workflowsExperience with comp plan design or territory mappingHow to ApplyFill out this form:
