Imperial is seeking a self-directed Sales Operations Manager to assist with implementing strategic plans, improving process efficiencies, and enhancing intradepartmental communication and processes. Full Time Location: Bourbon, Mo. Hybrid Role (4 Days Onsite) What You’ll Be Doing Implementing strategic plans for the sales channel. Managing and hiring Customer Service Representatives and Account Managers. Leading training, development, and coaching for direct report team members. Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers. Collaborating with the Senior VP of Sales, Marketing, and other departments to implement new programs and execute current business strategies. Leading process improvement initiatives and new implementations across the organization. Resolving escalated issues and providing support to team members. Assisting the Director of Sales Administration with special projects and other duties as needed. What We Need Proven customer service experience. Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in sales operations. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field. Experience with web-based programs. Administrative experience in sales operations. Strong leadership and coaching abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. A detail-oriented and process-driven approach.
