We’re now entering a high-growth phase and seeking experienced sales leaders to accelerate our regional footprint. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Sales Operations Manager. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to drive revenue outcomes, improve deal conversions, and ensure a smooth customer journey from acquisition to retention.This role requires someone comfortable working across both execution and process-driven environments. Key Responsibilities: • Support the sales team in driving new business opportunities and improving deal conversions • Work alongside sales representatives on pipeline movement, follow-ups, and deal progression• Own and manage CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and revenue• Identify gaps in the sales funnel and implement improvements to increase efficiency• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to improve lead quality and customer journey to ensure smooth onboarding, handover, and ongoing client engagement• Monitor and improve the end-to-end customer lifecycle—from lead generation to retentionEnsure alignment between sales execution and backend processes What we're looking for:• 3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS across sales, operations, or related roles • Hands-on experience supporting sales cycles, client interactions, or deal execution• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data • Ability to work closely with sales teams and drive execution • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills • High ownership mindset and attention to detail
