This role is critical to ensuring our sales team operates with speed, accuracy, and alignment backed by data, clear processes, and actionable insights.You’ll work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize the entire revenue engine.Here’s What You’ll GetA proven AI product with strong product-market fitHigh ownership over sales processes, tooling, and reportingDirect collaboration with Sales leadership and executive teamThe opportunity to shape how sales scales at a fast-growing SaaS companyA remote-first, flexible culture that values ownership and clarityExposure to modern revenue operations, AI-powered workflows, and automationWhat You’ll Be DoingSales Pipeline Optimization: Analyze the sales funnel to identify bottlenecks, gaps, inefficiencies, and implement improvements that accelerate deal progression and revenue generation.Data, Reporting & Insights: Leverage sales data to build dashboards, forecasts, and insights that support strategic decision-making and help teams prioritize effectively.Process Standardization & Enablement: Define, document, and refine sales processes to ensure consistency, scalability, and seamless collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and CS.Tools & Systems Management: Own and optimize the sales tech stack (CRM, automation tools, reporting systems) to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.Cross-Team Alignment: Act as a connective layer between teams, ensuring handoffs, metrics, and workflows are aligned across the revenue lifecycle.What We’re Looking For4–6+ years of experience in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or similar roles (B2B SaaS preferred)Strong analytical skills and comfort working with sales data and KPIsExperience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)Ability to design and implement scalable processesStrong communication skills and stakeholder management experienceHighly organized, proactive, and comfortable driving changeYou’ll stand out if you have:Experience in AI, SaaS, or product-led growth environmentsFamiliarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)Experience supporting international or remote sales teamsBefore You ApplyThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complexity into clarity, loves working with data, and wants to play a key role in scaling a modern sales organization.
