Sales Operations Manager UK | Hybrid / Remote (depending on location) Permanent | SaaS | SMB & Mid-MarketI’m partnering with a high-growth SaaS business to hire a Sales Operations Manager who will act as the operational backbone of their sales organisation.This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll own sales systems, data, and processes — enabling sales teams to sell faster, smarter, and more efficiently across the SMB and mid-market segment. The RoleAs Sales Operations Manager, you’ll work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to drive revenue performance. You’ll bring clarity to data, structure to processes, and scalability to the sales engine. Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Operations & AnalyticsOwn sales reporting, forecasting, and pipeline analysisBuild and maintain dashboards tracking ARR, conversion rates, churn, ACV, and quota attainmentIdentify revenue leakage and sales funnel bottlenecks, recommending data-led improvementsSales Process & PlaybooksDesign and optimise the end-to-end sales journey from lead routing to closed-won and handoverCreate and maintain sales playbooks, cadences, and outreach sequencesStandardise deal stages, qualification frameworks (e.g. MEDDIC / SPICED), and CRM hygieneSales Tech Stack OwnershipOwn and administer the sales tech stack (HubSpot, CRM, sequencing, diallers, enrichment tools)Evaluate, implement, and retire tools based on ROI and adoptionEnsure data integrity and system integrationQuota, Territory & Capacity PlanningPartner with Finance and Sales Leadership on quota setting, territory design, and compensation plansModel headcount, capacity, and growth scenariosEnablement & SupportTranslate operational insights into actionable enablement and coachingSupport onboarding of new sales hires into systems and processes What They’re Looking For3–5+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similarSaaS or vertical software background (SMB and MM experience strongly preferred)Strong HubSpot administration experience (certification a plus)Experience working with a PE backed company Skills & AttributesAdvanced Excel / Google Sheets; SQL or BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau) a strong plusComfortable in fast-paced, high-volume sales environmentsStrong cross-functional communicator with the ability to turn data into actionSelf-starter who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building processes from scratch
