Job Summary
The primary focus of the Sales Operations Project Manager is to lead continuous improvement and standardization initiatives from a commercial and customer operations standpoint, driving a best‑practice culture and supporting the business in achieving financial targets. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and scoping opportunities, managing the timeline of projects and stakeholders, and measuring progress through KPIs and other project management tools. A key aspect of this role will be to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including new acquisitions, to improve productivity, quality, and streamline operations, ultimately providing a consistent and excellent experience for our customers. As part of our strategic transformation, you will support the migration of all businesses to a unified ERP and CRM platform (SAP and Salesforce), ensuring smooth integration, driving change management, and supporting adoption. You will also support the integration of new acquisitions, helping align teams to our culture and standard processes, and onboarding acquired businesses into our unified systems with minimal disruption.

This is a hybrid position based out of our corporate office in Atlanta, GA.
Job Responsibilities
Be an expert in internal commercial & customer operations processes, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and problem‑solve.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives based on best practices.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Lead steering committees and serve as a trusted advisor guiding teams through integration and system migration projects.
Partner with key leaders to build relationships, effectively roll out initiatives, and manage competing priorities.
Analyze large datasets and perform data cleaning to support standardization initiatives and ERP/CRM migrations.
Collaborate with IT, business units, and external partners to ensure successful migration to SAP and Salesforce, including risk mitigation and process alignment.
Support training and communication plans to facilitate adoption of new systems and processes.
Work with a team to support the migration of newly acquired companies, sharing current processes and system efficiencies.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree; business education preferred, MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
3+ years of experience in continuous improvement or project‑management roles.
Ability to interface and influence at all levels of the organization with a proven track record of relationship building.
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence a cross‑functional team within a large, complex, and matrixed organization.
Proficiency in digital commercial tools, including CRM and Business Intelligence; experience with SAP and Salesforce preferred.
Travel expected to be ~20% within the USA and Canada.
