This job will be supporting the COO of a rapidly-expanding company. This position is high visibility with direct contacts with C-suite, VP’s and directors. The COO is fast paced and looking to have a right hand to help move quickly in the customer acquisition space. Your job will be to help the COO stay on track, keep organized, and make it happen when it looks challenging.
We are currently in search of a dynamic and detail-oriented sales assistant to enhance our sales outreach. As a Sales Assistant, you will:
- Manage and report key data and metrics for the sales department and understand what the data is showing.
- Sets appointments for meetings.
- Help onboard clients
- Manage the COO’s calendar, meetings, and agendas, ensuring effective use of time and staying on track.
- Step in as needed to run meetings.
- Document meeting outcomes and action items to facilitate follow-up.
- Manage projects for the COO as needed.
- Represent the company’s brand with a professional appearance and conduct.
- Assist in preparing presentations and monitoring timelines for ongoing projects.
- Manage personal tasks and errands
- Support customer engagement initiatives, including coordinating and participating in appreciation events.
- Contribute positively to the company culture and uphold core values.
- Assist in onboarding and training new employees.
- Research and compile information for various projects as needed.
- Perform additional office duties as assigned and provide backup for management tasks.
Requirements
- Strong tech background. Fluent in Google Workspace, Canva and other office applications.
- Has sense of urgency
