We are RideNow Powersports, and we're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Sales Professional to join our awesome team! If you love the powersports industry and have a knack for connecting with customers, this might be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Sales Professional at RideNow Powersports, you'll be responsible for assisting customers in their purchase process, from providing product information and recommendations to handling negotiations and financing. We take pride in delivering an unparalleled customer experience and prioritize building strong relationships with our customers.

In this commission-based career, the sky's the limit when it comes to your earning potential. The more effort you put in, the more you can make!

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchase process
  • Selling the excitement and passion of powersports to our customers
  • Introducing customers to other departments for additional products and services
  • Following up with prospects and customers using proactive sales techniques
  • Maintaining the showroom to create an appealing environment for customers
  • Keeping up-to-date with our brands, product knowledge, and company-wide events
  • Entering customer information and interactions into our CRM system
  • Assisting with other related duties as needed

To thrive in this role, we are looking for the following:

  • At least 6 months of sales experience with a track record of closing deals
  • Excellent knowledge of powersports brands and products
  • Flexibility to work a schedule that includes Saturdays
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player who is eager to help others
  • Riding experience and a current motorcycle endorsement are desired but not required
  • Punctuality is absolutely crucial

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months sales experience with demonstrated closing skills
  • Knowledge of powersports brands and products
  • Availability to work flexible schedule including Saturdays
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player mentality
  • Riding experience and current motorcycle endorsement desired, but not required
  • Punctuality is key
