Join WTX Outdoor Living and Premier Pools & Spas as a Sales Professional and be part of a culture-driven team! Specializing in Gunite & fiberglass pools, synthetic grass applications, landscape design, general construction, and hardscaping, you'll be at the forefront of transforming outdoor spaces.

Role Requirements:

- Proficient in 3D CAD Designing (willingness to learn), showcasing a strong grasp of computer and software skills.

- Excel in Microsoft Excel, utilizing its functions for efficient data management and analysis.

- Possess a highly motivating character, driving both personal and team success.

- Exceptional people-speaking skills, adept at communication to engage and influence clients effectively.

- Demonstrated organizational skills with a schedule-driven mindset to meet deadlines and targets.

- While construction experience is not mandatory, it is highly beneficial and valued.

- Embrace a team player mentality, collaborating seamlessly with colleagues to achieve collective goals.

Role Details:

- Work a flexible schedule, primarily Monday through Friday from 8-5, tailored to accommodate the needs of both the sales professional and the team.

- Collaborate actively with the sales manager and colleagues on a daily basis to streamline operations and optimize sales strategies.

- Networking is a crucial component of the role, and you'll engage in it collaboratively with your sales manager.

- Expect an annual income ranging from $75k to $150k or more, reflecting the potential for success in the role.

- Make sales and product development integral to your responsibilities, enhancing your sales career through proactive initiatives and strategies.

Experience:

- Ideally, possess 2 or more years of experience in general construction or pool/landscape-related roles, a significant advantage.

- Industry-specific experience is not mandatory; a willingness to learn and collaborate is highly valued.
