Job Summary:
Dow Autoplex, a family owned Chevy Buick GMC dealership in Mineola, Texas, is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Professional to join our team. This is a full-time, commission-only position, ideal for individuals looking to excel in the auto industry. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for generating sales revenue by prospecting, qualifying, and selling new and used vehicles to customers.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a commission-only position, offering unlimited earning potential based on your sales performance. Additionally, we provide our Sales Professionals with competitive benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, and employee discounts.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers, both in-person and via phone and email
- Prospect and follow up with leads to schedule appointments and conduct test drives
- Provide customers with product information, pricing, and incentives to facilitate their decision-making process
- Conduct negotiations and financing discussions with customers to close deals
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the dealership
- Continuously educate yourself on new products, features, and industry trends to accurately represent our vehicles and services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proven experience as a successful sales professional, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with customers
- Proficiency in using technology and CRM systems to track and manage sales activities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed
