Responsibilities

- Identify and qualify leads, and actively prospect for new customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and quotas.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product features, and competitors.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and optimize sales processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer information.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand product features and benefits.
- Proficiency in using Jobber software or the desire to learn to do so.
- Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory as required.
- Valid driver's license.
