Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mora, MN, for a Sales Professional. The Sales Professional will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their vehicle needs, presenting and explaining product features, and assisting customers throughout the entire sales process. This includes building strong customer relationships, staying informed about current product offerings, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves maintaining a strong knowledge of financing and lease options. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with customers and collaborate effectively with team members Proficiency in sales techniques, client engagement, and negotiation Basic understanding of vehicle features and specifications, as well as a willingness to stay updated on evolving product knowledge Customer service skills, including the ability to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and deliver a positive experience Highly motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment Previous experience in automotive sales or customer-facing roles is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
