We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Controls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing relationships with clients, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their automation needs.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Controls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing relationships with clients, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their automation needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the automation and controls market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of Building Automation Systems to prospective customers.
- Prepare and submit sales proposals and estimates based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, specifically in Building Automation Systems or related fields.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with HVAC, DDC, and Control Systems is a plus.
- Experience in preparing estimates and proposals is desirable.
