As a Sales Representative you will be trained in all of our products and services, customer guidelines, and given the opportunity to generate new business accounts through targeted marketing and sales initiatives. Although the position is considered to be entry-level, it is a gateway role to many senior-level roles as you continue to build excellent communications skills and fine-tune business development abilities and interactive customer presentations.

· Passion, Ambition, and Focus. You want to make a difference in AND be a part of a winning team.

· Fun, Sociable, and Outgoing. Basically, you can talk to anyone and have outstanding communication skills.

· The ability to thrive through the support of your team members and comprehensive training. Previous leadership experience is a major plus given our growth goals this year.

· Some prior knowledge and experience in customer service account management, sales, and business development, or marketing is preferred, but a relentless drive to succeed is essential.

· Flexibility of schedule and mentality. We are an “all hands on deck” type of team. We value team members who are always willing to “get their hands dirty” in order to learn more and help others even while being in an entry-level role.

 

Role Responsibilities:

· Master our innovative technology and communicate that understanding to a broad range of customers as the first point of contact for potential future accounts

· Establish strong brand representation with local homeowners as the active voice of our brand and enriching potential customer relationships and business development

· Troubleshoot customer issues, evaluate market trends, and assist in the development of a consumer pipeline in an assigned territory

· Creatively solve problems, navigate roadblocks, and communicate effectively to senior management

 

Compensation and Perks for the Entry Level Sales Representative:

· Full training and professional development

· Competitive Pay, Uncapped Commissions, and Residuals

· On average, our team members earn $100,000- $175,000 in their first year

· Champions earn 200k plus

· We offer incredible advancement and management training from entry-level to senior-level positions

 

Persons with Experience in the following areas should apply: Sales, Food industry, Managing restaurants, Grocery and Retail, Marketing,

 

Professional proficiency in languages beyond English is an asset.
