Job Summary

We are a well-established countertop fabricator located in the heart of Green Cove Springs, and we’re looking for a friendly, motivated, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a “can-do” attitude who enjoys meeting new people, creating lasting business relationships, and is eager to grow with a company that values stability and long-term commitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate new business by connecting with builders, designers, contractors, and homeowners.
  • Visit potential and existing clients throughout the Northeast Florida region, including Jacksonville, Green Cove Springs, and St. Augustine and surrounding areas.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and continued business.
  • Conduct product presentations and walk clients through the features and benefits of our custom countertops.
  • Manage your territory by staying informed about local market trends, construction projects, and competitor activity.
  • Create and present tailored proposals to meet each client’s unique needs.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless project handoff and exceptional customer experience.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to support continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in sales or customer-facing roles (industry experience is a plus, but not required).
  • A positive, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives on building new relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and accounts.
  • A team player who’s excited about growing with a local business that feels like family.
