Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and identifying new opportunities for growth
  • Proactively seek out and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting methods
  • Conduct site surveys to assess client needs and develop tailored security solutions
  • Create detailed quotes and proposals for clients, highlighting the benefits of our services and products
  • Collaborate with our technical team to design and implement security systems that meet client requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide expert advice to clients
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining profitability

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Familiarity with systems integration services
  • Experience performing site surveys and creating detailed security system design risers
  • Proven ability to grow existing accounts and drive new business
  • Industry certifications such as ASIS, PSP, or BICSI

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the security systems industry
  • Strong understanding of access control, video surveillance, license plate recognition systems
  • Experience with popular security platforms such as Genetec, Lenel, Milestone, S2, Honeywell, and Bosch alarm panels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites throughout New Jersey

Other Requirements

  • Legally Eligible to Work in The U.S.
  • Able to Pass a Background Investigation and Drug Screening
  • Currently has / or willing to get Covid-19 vaccination (Client Requirement)
