Type: Full-Time, Floating Position | Weekends REQUIRED
Compensation: $60,000- $80,000 yearly

About the Role

Were seeking motivated, customer-focused Sales Representatives to join our retail appliance team. In this role, youll guide customers in selecting the right appliances for their homes, clearly explain product features and benefits, and collaborate with our in-house delivery and service teams to ensure every sale results in long-term customer satisfaction.

This is a non-pushy, education-first sales environment. If youre friendly, organized, and enjoy helping people make informed decisions, wed love to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a friendly manner and provide knowledgeable, honest product guidance
  • Learn and stay up to date on appliance brands, models, and features
  • Prepare quotes, invoices, and process sales transactions
  • Follow up on leads and help build lasting customer relationships
  • Work closely with delivery, service, and support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked showroom
Requirements

  • Must be willing to travel between Keene, NH, and Brattleboro, VT- this is a floating position
  • Weekends a MUST
  • Prior retail or sales experience preferred (appliance experience is a plus, but not required)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Be reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Willingness to learn and collaborate as part of a team
  • Basic computer and Point of Sale system skills
