Are you a hardworking, detail-oriented sales professional with a background in manufacturing services and packaging?

 Are you an energetic self-starter with a passion for business development and account management and the business acumen to take our Sales department to the next level?

 What you’ll do …

·         Grow Sales & Revenue – Grow monthly sales and develop new business by building relationships and supporting the customer with product knowledge.

·         Effective Communication – Develop new business through sales calls to existing customers, networking, cold calling, and follow up. Provide customers with quotes and information on packaging solutions.

·         Market Expert – Stay up to date in the competitive industrial market and emerging trends and identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities.

 Effective Communication: You are a strong communicator, both verbally and written.  You know when to call, when to email, when to text and when to show up in person.  Your communication is concise and to the point.  You are a good listener. 

Entrepreneurial: You demonstrate a “no job is too small” mentality; you like to roll up your sleeves, jump in and get it done! You are a goal oriented, high achiever.

 Attitude: You have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and are able to adapt to changing priorities. No excuses for you! 

 Business Acumen & Decision Making: You apply your expertise and take a “business first” approach. You demonstrate assertiveness in pursuing open issues to closure. You provide input to create improved processes that increase efficiency and productivity.

Organization Skills: You thrive in a fast-paced environment. You have a strong sense of urgency, are self-motivated and work effectively under pressure.
