Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Calabasas, CA. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, and driving sales of portable HVAC and power solutions. Key day-to-day tasks include networking with prospects, understanding customer requirements, preparing and delivering presentations, and collaborating with the operations team to fulfill customer needs. The role requires active engagement with regards to meeting sales goals and seeking new market opportunities.


Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Understanding of HVAC and power generation systems, with the ability to explain technical details to customers
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • Strategic thinking and market research skills to identify new opportunities
  • A self-starter mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Availability to work on-site and engage directly with customers in Calabasas, CA
  • Prior experience in the HVAC, power generation, or event services industry is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
