VACA Construction & Roofing is looking for experienced Sales Representatives to join our expanding roofing division. This is a 100% commission-based role ideal for individuals with backgrounds in roofing sales, home improvement, or telemarketing. If you're confident in your ability to close, manage clients, and hustle independently — this is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage your own client portfolio

• Present roofing solutions to homeowners

• Estimate jobs and negotiate contracts

• Maintain communication throughout the sales process

• Report sales activity to the Sales Manager

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of sales experience (roofing/home services a plus)

• Excellent communication & closing skills

• Strong work ethic and time management

• Roofing or construction experience preferred

Compensation:

• 100% Commission-Based

•  High earnings per deal 

•  Local to Southwest Florida (Naples, Fort Myers, Bonita Springs)
