Starting Base Salary: $80k - 110K
Summary:
Prospecting and generating new business are the responsibilities of sales representatives. In order to maintain profitable growth in the sales department, this role must do necessary selling, costing, technical analysis, and quoting tasks as well as cold call on accounts in the field to generate new permanent sales and service existing accounts.

Responsibilities:
- Quickly address client complaints about sales and services.
- Oversee and plan activities related to the selling of manufactured goods.
- Provide product recommendations to customers based on their wants and needs.
- Develop and maintain full understanding of all corporate capabilities and product offers.
- Prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates should all be estimated or quoted.
- Speak with current and potential customers to present items, describe features, and request orders.
- Consult with clients to solve issues and offer continuous assistance following sales or contract signings.
- Understanding of the standards and procedures for displaying, publicizing, and selling company products.
- Creates and maintains procedures that guarantee the business's budget and projection information is correct.
- Respond to inquiries from clients regarding goods, costs, availability, intended uses, and payment arrangements.
- Update existing items in the quotation file and quote new business. To ensure an accurate price, analyze quotes.
- Report any noteworthy developments and findings to the COO on any issues that could have an influence on a customer.

- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment that requires a high level of dependability, initiative, self-control, stress tolerance, and cultural flexibility.
