\nCustomer Sales & Service Representative
Naperville, IL | Onsite | Monday – Friday 10:15am-7:00pm
\n\nBase Pay: $17.25/hour (Spanish speaking $19.25)
\nIn addition to base pay, this role offers commission and performance-based incentive opportunities. Total compensation will vary based on experience and results.
• Engage with customers via phone and digital channels to promote home warranty and energy-related products
\n• Make outbound calls and manage inbound inquiries with professionalism and confidence
\n• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
\n• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
\n• Maintain accurate CRM records and stay current on product knowledge
\n• Collaborate with team members and share best practices
\n• Contribute to a positive, performance-driven workplace culture
\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n
• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a contact center environment
\n• Proven success in upselling, cross-selling, and meeting sales targets
\n• Strong verbal and written communication skills
\n• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
\n• Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic setting
\n• Team-oriented mindset with a results-driven attitude
\n \n\nRequirements\n\n
• High School Diploma or GED
\n• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
