Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an inside/outside Sales Representative based in Solon Springs, WI. The Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers, building relationships, and identifying sales opportunities. Working directly with distributors and end user customers. Key responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, providing training to clients as needed, managing sales pipelines, and collaborating closely with team members to meet and exceed sales targets. The role will also involve maintaining excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively connect with clients and address their needs.
• Independently lead with the ability to finish projects once started.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, close deals, and oversee sales pipelines.
• Experience in providing Training to both clients and team members to ensure product/service understanding and adoption.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and operate in a results-driven environment.
• Previous sales experience and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets are preferred.
• Industry knowledge with a strong background in horizontal directional drilling preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
- • High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
- Clean driving record.
Compensation
- $60,000-$78,000 starting salary based on experience
