Sales RepresentativeSells new and used agricultural and turf equipment to new and existing customers.Responsibilities:Represents the company for the sale of machinery to customers in a defined sales areaMaintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially saleable by the dealershipMonitors competitive activity/products and timely communicates to management, accordinglyMaintains all customer information in assigned territory for sales managementKnows and follows a defined sales processMaintains assigned company vehicles and equipmentAssists with the preparation and execution of customer eventsConducts new equipment field demonstrationsMonitors trends in customer's business activities and timely communicates to managementMaintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goodsAttends applicable sales training events/seminarsMay maintain current knowledge of used equipment values and ability to evaluate properly for trading purposesRequirements:3+ years equipment sales experienceKnowledge of agricultural or turf equipment and farming or operational practices preferredGood driving recordAbility to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functionsAbility to work flexible hoursExcellent customer relationship skillsAbility to analyze and interpret basic sales reportsHigh School Diploma or equivalent work experienceEqual Opportunity Employer
