Progressive Specialty Glass Company, a leading manufacturer of customized glassware for the entertainment, restaurant, & hospitality industry, is looking to hire a Sales Representative for the Miami South Florida Market. We are looking for someone with business-to-business experience and prior/existing relationships in the hospitality food-and-beverage space. This includes waterparks, resorts, pool bars, casinos, amusement parks, bars, stadiums, cruise ships, night-clubs, and other tourism style destinations.

OPPORTUNITY:

As our Miami/Fort Lauderdale/& generally South Florida Market Sales Representative, your responsibilities are to identify and pursue new business opportunities for PSG as well as utilize your connections within the industry to grow your customer base. The South Florida market is a terrific market waiting to develop through proactive prospecting and existing relationships. You will identify, source, and develop strong business relationships with restaurant chains and resort hotels in your territory and around the world. At times, you will facilitate the education and training of restaurant managers and staff to collectively and effectively promote the revenue-generating Buy a Drink Keep the Glass program, thereby empowering them to enhance their financial earning potential through higher-check averages.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Develop and close new accounts through disciplined prospecting and relationship building.

Present, promote, and sell our customized glassware revenue generating program to restaurants, resorts, bars, etc.

Generate new leads by conducting market research to identify potential customers.

Utilize your existing connections within the restaurant industry to create new partnerships with PSG.

Develop strategies to promote PSGs products and their revenue-producing program to increase brand awareness.

Create, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Connect with customer leads through high quality cold calling.

Possess a strong product knowledge of PSGs products and services.

Use CRM tools to effectively manage your accounts.


SUCCESS FACTORS:

Experience with on-premise sales throughout the Miami/Fort Lauderdale/a generally South Florida market, preferably in the restaurant and hospitality industry.

Energetic and driven to succeed.

Resilient with ability to prospect and influence without a fear of no.

Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Dynamic, results-minded individual who will aggressively drive new business efforts.

Proactive and self-motivated individual who will take the initiative to identify new opportunities and pursue them.

Organized and technology proficient.

Comfortable with driving extensively within territory.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

PSG will offer a financial first-year compensation package of up to $200,000 - $300,000 or more based on the relationships the candidate has with potential customers in any of our industries. This will be made up of salary and monthly commissions. You will also receive a competitive benefit package that includes medical insurance, dental care, vision care, life insurance, health care flexible spending accounts, 401(k) match, paid time off, and paid holidays. There is also reimbursement for automobile mileage, entertainment and other travel expenses.
