Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our Sales & Marketing team. In this role, you will partner closely with our Distributor Development Specialists and support our independent distributor network in driving sales performance, improving distributor engagement, and ensuring seamless communication and follow-through.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, building relationships, and supporting operational sales functions in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
Provide timely product, pricing, and support information to distributor partners and internal sales teams.
Track and distribute leads in the CRM system.
Research and qualify incoming sales opportunities.
Support distributor sales activities through coordination, communication, and follow-up.
Maintain accurate distributor data and performance metrics to identify trends and business opportunities.
Work cross-functionally to identify distributor needs and support the development of tools and resources.
Assist with reporting, documentation, and general inquiries from both internal teams and external partners.
Qualification:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills - written and verbal
Ability to build positive relationships and support stakeholders at all levels
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
A self-starter mindset with motivation to exceed goals
Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, changing environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce) preferred
Ability to read architectural drawings a plus
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support or service, preferably in manufacturing, hardware, automatic doors, glass, construction products, or a similar industry
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or related field
Experience working with architects, general contractors, or distributors is highly beneficial
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Primarily office-based with extended computer and phone use
Occasional lifting (up to 30 lbs) and rare exposure to factory environments
Some travel may be required across the U.S. and Canada
Additional Information
Duration: 05 Months with possibility of extension
Location: Muskego, WI 53150
Shift hours: Hybrid (1 2 days remote after 6-month training)
